Please follow the steps outlined below to enter your insurance that is due in your team account 2 weeks before the start of the tournament:

1. Login to your team account using the login and password you created when you registered your team (Top Menu Right Side Login)
2. After you login successfully click on the menu item My Account and then select Team Insurance
3. Click on the pencil located in the top right hand corner
4. Enter the expiration date and select the insurance certificate you want to upload

Only files accepted are .png, .pdf, .jpg

Certificate must show Michigan Wolves Baseball Inc. 8841 Macomb St. #772 Grosse Ile, MI 48138 as additional insured.
